The Union takes the utmost care to process membership as per the instructions given by our members, online and offline. However, in case of an unlikely event of an erroneous membership or if the member would like to cancel his membership, the Union will respond to the member within 30 working days of receiving a valid request for refund from the member. The timely refund of the membership will depend upon the type of credit card/banking instrument used during the transaction. The member will have to send the Union a written request for a refund within 1 days of making the membership to the Union s official address or email hindmajdoorkisansamiti@gmail.com along with payment receipt and person details necessary for initiating refund.
